Hi there! We're the Cory family, the face behind Coriander Fields. We're a first generation farm. My husband and I decided that being in charge of our growing family's food was important enough that we traded in our suburban lifestyle for a fresh start in the country.
Our main focus is pasture raised poultry, but I'm always coming up with a side project or two.

No. We do not have an on-farm store, and therefore only do our sales at farmer's markets, community drop-points, and delivery routes.
No way! We source custom milled, GMO free feeds for our animals to eat, in addition to the pasture. We do not use unnecessary antibiotics or other pharmaceuticals on our animals, and do not use any poisons on our land.
Yes! We can be found at the Land of Goshen Community Market in Edwardsville, IL and the Maryville Farmer's Market in Maryville, IL
Our farm is in Dorsey, IL which is only 30 miles outside of St. Louis. We sell our products throughout the Metro-East area.
